As a PMO- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will be at the forefront of helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of SAP solutions, using your critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Managing large-scale SAP implementation projects and coordinating resources to achieve project objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project plans and monitor progress
- Utilizing analytical thinking and agile methodology to mitigate risks and enhance project delivery
- Developing business case strategies and aligning program scope with organizational goals
- Facilitating cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes
- Implementing continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Leveraging program management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira Software for effective tracking and reporting
- Supporting program capacity building and conducting program reviews to validate benefits realization
- Promoting inclusion and embracing change to foster a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
