About the Role

As a PMO Senior Analyst, you will drive the execution of strategic initiatives within the lending business, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned across Product, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, setting clear timelines and milestones, and ensuring strong governance and execution standards. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying risks, and providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

About the Team

The Senior PMO will lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives within the lending product domain. This role ensures strong alignment across Product, Risk, Operations, and Engineering, while driving execution excellence, operational discipline, and scalable process improvements.

1. Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact lending initiatives (product launches, process transformation, automation)
  • Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure delivery

2. Governance & Execution Excellence

  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, SOPs, and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and operational standards
  • Drive consistency in execution across teams and regions

3. Performance Management & Insights

  • Own and enhance project and operational performance dashboards
  • Define and track KPIs (SLA, TAT, incident resolution, delivery timelines)
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership

4. Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as a central point of coordination across Product, Risk, Ops, Tech, and Network teams
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Lead governance forums, project reviews, and executive updates

5. Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and scale operations
  • Drive adoption of tools and systems for real-time tracking and reporting
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Min 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Strategy, or Operations (preferably in fintech/lending)
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL preferred)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Looker / Power BI)
  • Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Exposure to process automation / system implementation is a plus
  • Strong project leadership & execution capability
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of lending lifecycle and risk processes
