We have an excellent opportunity for an associate to join the Business Operations team, working as a Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO Project Manager* will work in Irvine, CA and be a part of the PMO team, which helps manage In-N-Out projects and programs, to ensure they align with overall business goals. The PMO team drives successful execution of company-wide projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and communications across multiple business units. This Associate will report to the PMO Manager.

General Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with strategic

goals, portfolio priorities, and INO PMO governance standards

• Coordinate project communications across business units, executives, and external partners, maintaining transparency and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate and lead recurring project meetings; track action items and communicate project status,

risks, and milestones to leadership

• Develop and maintain company-wide project documentation (Checklists, NDAs, SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, Change Orders) in alignment with INO PMO standards
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as needed
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; manage change control processes and escalate

company-wide impacts when required

• Partner with Portfolio team and cross-functional contributors to ensure value delivery and continuous support
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes
• Responsible for managing tasks and communicating effectively to all members of the project until it reaches completion
• Understand and drive the project’s timeline, resources, and scope
• Responsible for updating the project’s progress using various mediums (email, Teams, Asana, Jira, etc.), and prioritizing work based on the customers’ needs
• Help develop rollout materials and design presentations for update meetings/training with the project team

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
• Pay Range: $42.85-$45.00 per hour

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

• Office hours in Irvine, CA: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Previous or Current employment with In-N-Out Burger highly preferred
• In-N-Out Burger Store or Corporate Support experience preferred (previous or current): 2+ years
• 3-5+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand the impact that In-N-Out culture and business environment has on projects
• Ability to understand project requirements and drive projects forward
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various disciplines and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams at the same time
• Ability to lead meetings and produce positive results

Work Location Details

In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company’s western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.

Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
