PMO Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 40% of your time (two days per week).

The actual location of this job is in Hyderabad, India. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed

Intro Summary of the Role

• Key member of the global Program Management Office (PMO).

• Partnering closely with the Europe-based PMO Lead and the PMO team to support the successful delivery of a strategic, global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program across multiple business functions and regions.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities

• responsible for driving and executing day-to-day PMO operations

• coordinate integrated planning activities

• track risks, issues, actions and dependencies

• ensure high-quality governance, planning, reporting, coordination, and program administration across the program lifecycle

• support governance forums, maintain program management standards

• ensure program documentation remaining accurate and current

• establish consistency, transparency, and execution discipline across workstreams

• enable effective decision-making and timely delivery of program objectives

• prepare program management reporting

• proactively identify opportunities to improve program processes

• implement best practices

What we are looking for

Domain Knowledge / Technical Exposure

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP S/4HANA

• Understanding of main ERP processes — Finance and Supply Chain

• Familiarity with Master Data and Transactional Data concepts

• Experience or interest in working within the Pharma industry; awareness of what makes Pharma unique/critical compared to other industries is a plus

• Exposure to PMO and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Copilot, MS Project

Experience & Work Environment

• 8–10 years of relevant experience

• Prior experience working with international organizations is mandatory, ideally spanning EMEA and US regions

• Experience across multiple companies/industries preferred, reflecting adaptability and breadth

• Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic, international, and multi-stakeholder environment
