Job Description

  • Program Governance & Stakeholder Alignment - Partner with domain leads (Ops, IT, Data) and senior business stakeholders to drive program governance, align initiatives with strategic priorities, and ensure clarity on scope, timelines, and outcomes across geographies.
  • Program Planning & Roadmap Management - Support definition and maintenance of the program roadmap, ensuring alignment across multiple initiatives, dependencies, and release plans while communicating progress to global stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery Coordination - Coordinate across data scientists, engineers, architects, and design teams to ensure efficient execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Requirements & Documentation Oversight - Oversee creation and quality of key project artifacts (BRDs, PRDs, data models, ER diagrams), ensuring requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned with program objectives.
  • KPI Tracking & Delivery Performance Management - Establish and monitor program-level KPIs, track progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Data Governance & Compliance Enablement - Ensure adherence to data governance policies, data quality standards, and regulatory requirements by coordinating with data, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Integration & Dependency Management - Facilitate alignment between business and technology teams for system integrations, proactively managing interdependencies and resolving cross-functional issues.
  • Backlog & Prioritization Governance - Provide oversight on backlog management and prioritization across squads, ensuring alignment with program goals, funding priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Agile Program Execution Support - Drive quarterly and sprint-level planning across distributed teams; ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple pods/squads.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting - Establish structured communication cadence (steering committees, status reports, dashboards) to track progress, communicate risks, and manage stakeholder expectations across UK and offshore teams.
  • RAID Management - Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; facilitate escalation management and ensure timely resolution of blockers impacting delivery.
  • Financial & Impact Analysis - Support analysis of cost, benefits, and impact of program changes, including cost of delay, prioritization trade-offs, and investment decisions.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Coordination - Ensure program execution aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements; coordinate with relevant teams to embed controls within delivery.
  • Cross-Geo Team Enablement - Drive collaboration between US stakeholders and offshore teams through structured processes, clear communication, and timezone-aware delivery planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of PMO/Project or Program Management experience driving diverse initiatives in alignment with organizational strategic goals
  • Able to depict and explain the importance of complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; educate SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and the impact of change.
  • Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; strong leadership skills.
  • Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily.
  • Strong problem solver with demonstrated ability to lead a team to push the solutions and progress.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across team.
  • Strong Presentation and leadership skills
  • Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams
