Work You’ll DoAs a PMO OCM Analyst on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will be responsible for: Translating complex project data and information into actionable insights, status updates, and client recommendations Developing clear, concise, and client-ready PowerPoint presentations, briefings, and written communications Coordinating PMO activities, including scheduling, meeting preparation, milestone tracking, action-item follow-up, and management of assigned deliverables Supporting client workshops, meetings, events, and site visits, including logistics, facilitation materials, and follow-up activities Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution while building consulting and delivery skillsA successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree1+ years of experience in supporting change management, communications, or training activities, including stakeholder communications, written content development, and/or workshop facilitation support1+ year of experience supporting project management office initiatives, including synthesizing complex project information, maintaining milestone and dependency tracking, elevating risks, and independently advancing assigned project activitiesExperience analyzing project data and synthesizing information into actionable business insightsExperience in Microsoft PowerPoint, including developing and formatting client-ready presentations, executive communications, and meeting materialsAbility to travel 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Experience supporting projects or client engagements in the Medicaid industry Experience using artificial intelligence-enabled tools in accordance with Deloitte and client requirements for protected health information, personally identifiable information, and other sensitive information#GPSHC2026
