We’re looking for a PMO Manager - EMEA to support our Professional Services organisation across the region. You’ll be the connection point between our regional teams and central functions, helping us create greater consistency in how we measure performance, use our tools, share knowledge and continuously improve the way we work.
This isn’t a traditional PMO role focused only on project governance. It’s a broad, international position combining data and reporting, process improvement, regional coordination, business applications and project management – with plenty of opportunity to influence how our Professional Services organisation evolves.
Above all, you’ll bring curiosity, diplomacy and a continuous-improvement mindset. Our regions have different tools, processes and ways of working, so success in this role is less about imposing one answer and more about connecting the right people, asking the right questions and helping teams find better ways to work together.
