As a PMO-Manager, you will lead the charge in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency through seamless integration and utilization of business applications, helping them achieve their strategic goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive project plans
- Allocating resources effectively and monitoring project progress to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to facilitate successful delivery of SAP solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to enhance project integration and delivery
- Employing Agile methodology and project management software to streamline project tracking and reporting
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and address project-related inquiries
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and project outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
