As the Cloud & Compute PMO and Lean Lead within CTO CCI Digital Operations, you will establish and mature the project management, Lean transformation, and financial governance practices that enable the Cloud, Compute & Infrastructure organization to deliver with structure, visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the CCI Digital Operations - Senior Director, this LPB1 role will partner across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, CTO, CISO, and business stakeholders to accelerate separation execution, institutionalize operational rigor, reduce cost leakage, and improve delivery outcomes across a complex enterprise technology portfolio.
The role is accountable for four distinct pillars: PMO Governance, Separation Programs, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement, Financial Governance
· Serve as a key contributor to the design, launch, alignment, and continued evolution of the newly evolved PMO team.
· Drive organization-wide project governance and enablement by conducting workshops across CCI teams to build common discipline around Structure, Visibility, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
· Design and sustain a centralized SharePoint PMO repository and comprehensive user guides to accelerate self-service adoption and standardize documentation practices.
· Ensure project data updates integrate effectively into leadership tracking tools, including Strategic Planning Workspace, to strengthen executive visibility and decision quality.
· Benchmark PMO practices against established teams and implement consistent governance cadences, review rhythms, reporting standards, and escalation paths to improve On-Time Delivery, strengthen portfolio visibility, and accelerate cross-functional issue resolution.
· Lead orchestration of the SMO Clone & Convey Account Transferability Program, a multi-year cloud account transfer program committed to migrating 78 cloud accounts/subscriptions.
· Drive quantified delivery by enabling transfer of 66 accounts/subscriptions to date, eliminating GR adder costs, reducing dependence on Corporate Guardrail services, and enabling GE Vernova to exit Transition Service Agreements.
· Partner across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, and cloud teams to align diverse technical stakeholders on a unified framework for seamless VRF transfers.
· Establish program structure, dependency management, executive reporting, risk escalation, and accountability practices to improve transfer predictability and reduce operational friction.
· Lead an integrated transformation across PMO initiatives by applying Lean methodology and bridging PMO operational rigor with Generative AI to improve quality, speed, and efficiency.
· Lead BU S2 JDI demand management transformation for CTO and CISO organizations, shifting leadership from reactive demand handling to a proactive, centralized framework that addresses resource contention across a portfolio of 100+ simultaneous projects and stabilizes delivery quality across a heavily contingent workforce.
· Orchestrate the CloudOps Zero Outage Lean event by transitioning CloudOps from reactive operations to a sustainable, cost-effective Zero Outage model, including repeatable incident lookbacks, advanced data capture, root-cause prompting, and structured problem-solving to reduce recurring incidents and control RITM volume.
· Establish rigorous SOX governance and compliance by leading JDI remediation of Change Management deficiencies across Cloud, Middleware, and On-prem environments.
· Orchestrate Cloud Operations Kaizen events using GenAI to uncover hidden patterns, contributing to a 10% incident-volume reduction and measurable MTTR improvement.
· Define the Future-State Roadmap for the Operational Uplift Program, mapping technical competencies to SQDC metrics so AI-enabled initiatives deliver high-value business outcomes.
· Design and implement a comprehensive Financial Accountability Framework for CTO Solution Architecture projects, transforming a fragile single-person dependency into an automated, shared-responsibility model.
· Provide real-time transparency into commitments and receivables, establish a strict Invoice Submission Protocol, and institutionalize structured financial review cadences.
· Drive divestiture financial excellence within the account transfer lifecycle by identifying and stopping unnecessary corporate infrastructure charges for ejected accounts.
· Resolve $1MM double-bubble billing anomalies, generate substantial cost savings, and establish KPIs to track long-term account-transfer process effectiveness.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Demonstrated experience leading PMO governance, enterprise technology programs, Lean transformation, operational excellence, or financial governance in a complex global organization.
· Experience managing cloud, compute, infrastructure, separation, divestiture, or account-transfer programs across cross-functional technical domains.
· Strong Lean, Kaizen, JDI, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capability with demonstrated ability to embed operating rhythms and measurable outcomes.
· Ability to use data, automation, and Generative AI to improve discovery, reporting, root-cause analysis, self-service adoption, and leadership decision-making.
· Strong financial governance skills, including commitments, receivables, invoice protocols, cost avoidance, billing anomaly resolution, KPI development, and governance cadence management.
· Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, CTO, CISO, and business-unit teams.
· Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, workshop facilitation, documentation, and change-management skills.
