Supercharge delivers complex digital transformation for enterprise clients across banking, energy, insurance, and healthcare. We’re 200+ people across six global offices, moving fast. This role ensures that speed doesn’t come at the cost of quality and quality doesn’t slow us down.

As PMO Lead, you own delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, margin, and time, with clients who trust us and return. You lead a team of Project Managers, owning hiring, development, and performance, and work closely with Program Managers on portfolio direction while focusing on execution quality. You own Project Compass (our delivery methodology collection) as a living framework, not documentation, keeping it useful, adopted, and evolving. You ensure leadership has clear visibility into delivery health, turning risks into action rather than reporting.

Your day to day will include:

• Owning delivery quality across the portfolio by proactively identifying risks, stepping in when projects are at risk, and ensuring we deliver on commitments
• Leading and developing a team of Project Managers by setting clear standards, supporting growth, and addressing performance issues when needed
• Providing leadership with clear, real-time visibility into delivery health, including risks, delays, and systemic issues, always paired with practical solutions
• Evolving Project Compass in a pragmatic way, working closely with PMs to keep what adds value and removing processes that create unnecessary overhead
• Driving the adoption of AI-augmented delivery practices by identifying opportunities, running pilots, and scaling what improves speed, quality, or clarity
• Collaborating closely with Program Managers on overall portfolio health and with Business Unit Leads on delivery performance within their respective areas

What makes you thrive here:

• Experience leading delivery in a tech consultancy or digital product company and know what good delivery looks like from real-world experience (not theory).
• Proven experience managing Project Managers directly, including hiring, developing, and making tough people decisions when needed
• Strong commercial awareness, understanding how delivery quality, scope control, and client satisfaction directly impact margin, renewals, and overall business performance
• Makes decisions without waiting for perfect information or complete processes. Moves quickly, learns fast, and adjusts along the way
• Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with clients, challenge senior stakeholders, and keep teams aligned in challenging situations
• Hands-on experience or strong curiosity in using AI in delivery or operations, with a willingness to experiment and bring others along
• Strong structured thinking, balanced with good judgment to know when process helps and when it gets in the way
