We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Officer to join the IT Division for our client. This role involves providing flexible project and program management office (PMO) support across the Projects Portfolio, ensuring adherence to IT governance frameworks. The PMO Analyst will be responsible for tracking project performance, managing project risks, ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks, and providing insights into project progress through dashboards and reports. This role requires strong project management expertise and familiarity with project methodologies like Agile and PRINCE2. The position also includes managing PMO tools, driving improvements, and supporting key project documentation processes.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory):
- Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in program and project management, portfolio management, and systems development lifecycle methodologies.
- Project Tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide stakeholders with insights into demand, delivery status, risks, and milestones.
- Risk & Issue Management: Expertise in managing project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Governance Framework Compliance: Experience in establishing delivery frameworks to ensure compliance with IT planning, portfolio governance, and resource capacity management.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in managing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project for project execution and tracking.
- Experience: At least 6-7 years in project management or PMO management roles.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Certifications: PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™), or Agile certifications.
- Property Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with property industry business processes.
- Audit & Review Processes: Experience conducting audits and compliance reviews to assess adherence to established frameworks.
- Change Management: Ability to facilitate the change control process for projects.
- Resource Optimization: Expertise in optimizing resource management and improving strategic project management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Certifications: PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project), strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in project management or PMO management roles, with hands-on knowledge of project methodologies and governance.
