Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure targets are achieved.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support scheduling, task management, and projects handled by the operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data collection and management.
• Provide recommendations based on monitoring and analysis to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools like Tableau/Power BI is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proactive and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Interest in operations and business management.
• Previous internship experience in operations or administration is a plus.
