Job objectives:

To support the PMO Specialist in managing project portfolios, tracking progress, and handling internal operational workflows—specifically PR-PO and SAP systems—to optimize the efficiency of the Business Development and automotive project teams

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Monitor
  the progress of sub-projects, ensuring cross-functional departments (Engineering, Product, Finance) deliver on time and align with company objectives
  .

• 
  Monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with the approved financial plan for ADAS and vehicle system projects.
  Track high value assets (vehicles, sensor, lidar, …) from procurement to assembly, ensuring accurate inventory and cost allocation with approved budget.

• 
  Lead the end-to-end procurement workflow in SAP, from initiating Purchase Requests to closing Purchase Orders and verifying delivery.

• 
  Manage payment schedules and financial compliance with global technology partners.

• 
  Organize meeting schedules and prepare documentation for discussions with global partners
  .
  Facilitate project reviews, documenting action items and ensuring cross-functional accountability.

• 
  Maintain and manage project files, partnership agreements, and business proposals.

• 
  Support communication between engineering, product, and commercial teams, particularly for ADAS and vehicle system projects
  .

• 
  Assist in the allocation of resources and manpower across different workstreams to ensure on-time delivery without bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related fields;

• 
  1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business assistance, or a similar PMO support role.

• 
  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for reporting).

• 
  Familiarity with enterprise systems, specifically SAP and PR-PO management.

• 
  Basic knowledge of the
  automotive industry, vehicle systems, and ADAS.

• 
  Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• 
  Proficiency in
  English
  (mandatory).
  Chinese proficiency
  is a strong advantage.

•
