As a PMO Expert, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing a comprehensive PMO framework, including governance, processes, and tooling This strategic role is crucial for ensuring the alignment of project initiatives with organizational goals and enhancing project delivery effectiveness.
Implementing a PMO operating model.
Establishing governance and decision-making processes
Standardizing project and portfolio management processes
Selecting and implementing PMO tools.
Managing stakeholders at the C-level.
Driving change and adoption across the organization.
We seek a dynamic and experienced professional with:
Over 20 years in project, program, or portfolio management
Proven experience in PMO implementation and transformation
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
Experience with PMO tools and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Jira, MS Project)
Excellent communication and change leadership skills.
Proficiency in both French and English at a native or bilingual level.
