Job Description

RINA is looking for an independent/freelance senior professional to support an employer-side PMO control capability for a major automated metro programme; the position is resident for one year in Israel with possible extension, starting from October 2026. Proven international experience is expected; Israeli citizenship would be considered a plus.

The assignment includes senior technical coordination within RINA, an on-site Metro Programme Control Lead and a preliminary PMO Control Team focused on management controls, crossline coordination, gap and risk analysis, and executive reporting.

The team will support client interaction, assess internal candidates and, if needed, recruit suitable external or international experts.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years’ international metro/rail programme control experience.
  • Expertise in PMO governance, risk, schedule, cost, design, construction, systems engineering, interfaces and contract management.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support client interaction. #LI-FC1
