PMO Coordinator

Position: PMO Coordinator
Location: UAE (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Package: 4,000 to 5,000 AED
Visa: Employment visa can be transferred for eligible candidates
Joining Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Costing and Budgeting:
   • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with project goals.
   • Prepare detailed financial reports and assist in forecasting project expenditures.
2. Resource Allocation:
   • Coordinate with project teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.
   • Maintain resource schedules and ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.
3. Project Coordination:
   • Support the PMO in planning, executing, and tracking project activities.
   • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
4. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing):
   • Oversee and coordinate MEP-related aspects of telecom infrastructure projects.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
5. Telecom Expertise:
   • Provide project coordination support for telecom projects involving Etisalat and DU.
   • Manage telecom project documentation and track progress against project milestones.
6. Reporting and Communication:
   • Generate regular progress reports for management.
   • Serve as the point of contact for all project-related updates and communications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a background in telecom and MEP.
  • Experience with budgeting, costing, and resource allocation is essential.
  • Prior exposure to Etisalat or DU projects is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Candidates currently located in the UAE are preferred.
• Open to candidates eligible for an employment visa.
