This is your chance to help shape how change happens across Virgin Red. You'll play a key role in strengthening our enterprise portfolio management capability, helping us make smarter decisions, spot risks earlier, and ensure our biggest priorities stay on track
Working across a diverse portfolio of transformation programmes, business initiatives and strategic change, you’ll bring clarity to complexity through insightful analysis, meaningful reporting and strong governance. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams across the business, helping turn data into decisions and plans into progress.
If you’re looking for a role where you can influence at an enterprise level, work with plenty of variety, and help shape what comes next, you’re in the right place.
A bit about us
Virgin Red is the rewards club from Virgin, bringing together our world of brands, partners and experiences in one place.
We make it easy for people to earn and spend Virgin Points on everything from everyday treats to once-in-a-lifetime moments. But it's not just about rewards - it's about creating a deeper connection to the Virgin experience and making every interaction feel a little more special.
As part of the wider Virgin family, we think big but work hands-on. It's fast-moving, collaborative, and full of opportunities to try new things and make your mark.
What you'll be getting stuck into
What you'll bring
What you'll get in return
We know life doesn’t stop when work starts. So we’ve built our benefits to support you - at work and beyond.
Life – support when it matters most, with healthcare from day one, family-friendly policies and help for life’s bigger moments
Work – the foundations that set you up for the future, including a competitive pension, life assurance and options like our EV scheme
Spirit – space to grow and enjoy the journey, with a personal learning budget, mentoring, volunteering time… and our famous “Screw it, let’s do it” pot
It’s all designed to help you feel your best, do your best, and enjoy the ride - with a few extra Virgin touches along the way (because we don’t really do “standard”).
The essentials
Salary: £56,000 – £64,000 + bonus - we’re big on transparency, so no smoke and mirrors here. We’ll always offer a salary that reflects your experience, with room to grow within the range.
Where you’ll work: We come together in our London office 2 days a week - the rest is yours to work in your own space.
Bring your whole self
We welcome people from all walks of life, with all kinds of experiences and ways of thinking. Different perspectives, however your mind works, help us see things differently and do things better.
If there’s anything we can do to support you through the hiring process, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to make it work for you.
We believe in using business as a force for good, creating positive change for our people, our communities and the world around us. That includes being a Fair Chance employer and championing strengths like dyslexic thinking - staying open, listening to individual circumstances and focusing on potential.
Where could this role take you? Your Virgin adventure starts here.

At Virgin, we’re all about creating unique customer experiences, challenging the status quo and championing people and the planet. For five decades, in five business sectors and on five continents, our purpose is to change business for good.
The home of Virgin is Virgin Management – supporting the Branson family and the growth of the Virgin brand by developing and nurturing valuable Virgin businesses around the world. Virgin Management works alongside all the different Virgin companies and their teams around the world. We have interests spanning travel & leisure, health & wellness, music & entertainment, telecoms & media, financial services and space. Each of those individual Virgin businesses has its own ways of working, but we are all united by a shared culture and purpose.
Virgin Management also works alongside Virgin Unite, the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group, and is home to Virgin Start Up, a not-for-profit organisation that delivers Start Up Loans, mentoring and other support to entrepreneurs in the UK.
