职位描述
岗位职责： 1、学习并导入行业企业精益运营管理方法论，联合各部门运营推进相关举措落地； 2、协同建立公司、部门组织效率指标库和监控考核体系，确保提升组织效率； 3、通过月度、季度、半年度经营专项检讨，推动战略规划和当年经营计划举措落地闭环管理； 4、协同流程IT针对业务的痛点问题，主动推动改善，避免相关问题二次发生； 5、负责公司级会议管理，打造高效率会议文化； 6、负责公司经营责任事件和公司、跨部门专项的管理； 7、完成其他上级领导交办的工作。
职位要求
任职要求： 1、全日制统招本科学历，2年及以上相关工作经验； 2、性格外向自信，思想开放，敢于接受新事物，勇于改变自己和影响他人改变； 3、能吃苦，执行力强，要事优先，工作事项日清日毕。
