Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with 6–9 years of experience in project operations, financial governance, revenue forecasting, billing support, compliance coordination, resource management, and contract process ownership. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with delivery, finance, HR, RMG, commercial, and central operations teams to ensure smooth execution of project governance and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue forecasting and reconciliation with IMU, including headcount forecasting derived from revenue inputs and related operational assumptions.
  • Provide billing support and receivables support to the central Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely coordination and issue resolution.
  • Manage and coordinate the client MSA/SOW contracting process, including follow-ups, process updates, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Support talent fulfillment activities, including onboarding and offboarding resources to projects, with coordination across HR, technical teams, delivery teams, and support functions.
  • Act as first-line compliance support for project teams, including BISRA, BIA, GRC, and other applicable compliance processes.
  • Manage project operations support activities such as OTL support, operational tracking, process coordination, and governance follow-ups.
  • Perform gross margin model sheet reconciliation and ensure alignment with financial inputs, delivery assumptions, and business expectations.
  • Coordinate RMG operations, including shadow/non-shadow approval processes and related resource movement governance.
  • Perform cost code reconciliations and ensure timely correction or closure of discrepancies.
  • Provide pre-sales support activities on a case-to-case basis, including DIG-related support, coordination, and documentation assistance.
  • Review and validate SFDC opportunities to ensure accurate tagging, forecast tracking, and alignment with business reporting expectations.
  • Support invoicing and provisioning activities in ERP, ensuring accurate and timely processing in coordination with relevant teams.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of PMO operations, project governance, delivery operations, financial tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue forecasting, billing coordination, receivables tracking, cost reconciliation, and margin-related reporting.
  • Good exposure to MSA, SOW, contracting processes, commercial documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including finance, delivery, HR, RMG, compliance, sales, and central operations.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track open items, and drive closure within defined timelines.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, SFDC, OTL, and project/resource management processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other reporting or collaboration tools.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 6–9 years of relevant experience in PMO, project operations, delivery operations, finance operations, resource management, or business operations support.
  • Experience working in IT services, consulting, analytics, digital transformation, or professional services environments will be an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to project financials, revenue forecasting, billing, invoicing, contract governance, and resource fulfillment processes is strongly preferred.
