Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will support federal, state, local, and higher education clients in developing the strategy for, providing project oversight, and/or implementing PMIS.
- Lead client engagements focused PMIS strategy, project oversight, or implementation within the public sector
- Oversee PMIS quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, benchmarking, financial/business case analysis, and operational assessments
- Develop PMIS strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for public sector transformation initiatives
- Manage preparation of clear, structured deliverables including presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive briefings
- Coordinate project workstreams, track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and support day-to-day project management activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, engineering, finance, and technology to manage PMIS engagements
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements and align on recommendations
- Contribute to business development, proposal support, internal initiatives, and practice development efforts as needed
- Operate effectively in public sector environments with strong attention to compliance, documentation, and client governance requirements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, engineering, environmental studies, real estate, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant consulting, public sector, infrastructure, program management, PMIS experience
- Experience with multiple PMIS solutions and implementations
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and written deliverables
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Willingness to travel based on client and project needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience leading PMIS-focused engagements supporting government clients or working in regulated/public sector

This compensation range is specific to New York, NY and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,200 to $218,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
