This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Supervisor, OPS Support - Mechanical with a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards for a high-profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Guarantee that all mechanical systems (piping, rotating equipment, static equipment) are installed, tested, and commissioned in line with project specifications and international standards.
• Supervise and guide contractors/subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution of mechanical works onsite.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring zero incidents and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Monitor mechanical activities against project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Supervision
• Oversee installation, erection, and maintenance of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, piping systems).
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Verify correct installation of supports, valves, and mechanical assemblies.
• Execution & Coordination
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors for mechanical works.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
• Resolve site-related issues and interface with vendors/technical specialists.
• Testing & Commissioning
• Monitor hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, flushing, and reinstatement activities.
• Ensure system readiness for pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
• Stop unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance & Control
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC teams and client representatives.
• Ensure closure of NCRs and compliance with international standards.
• Monitor welding quality, NDT activities, and final acceptance.
• Planning & Reporting
• Track progress against schedule and identify delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Review productivity and workforce utilization.

• Diploma with a minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas industry experience
• Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
