PMC Project Director - (Low rise & Infrastructure)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMC Project Director to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead a large-scale infrastructure and housing development in Abu Dhabi, delivering world-class projects that have a lasting impact on the community.
Serve as the PMC lead for a large infrastructure and housing development project in Abu Dhabi.
Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring excellent communication and strong relationships.
Manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 staff members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Oversee the Construction Supervision consultant and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
Supervise multiple construction packages with significant interfaces, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
Implement project management best practices, risk mitigation, and reporting procedures.
Degree in a relevant field with 20+ years of experience in infrastructure or housing development projects.
Proactive, adaptable, and strong communicator with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Experienced in fast-paced, complex project environments, able to make informed decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of project management tools, contract administration, and construction standards is highly desirable.
