职位描述
1.根据需求制定各加工厂的排产计划，并跟进计划达成； 2.制定物料需求计划，并跟踪采购交期达成率； 3.负责整理各部门需求，并处理ERP系统的PR部分； 4.跟踪MRP运算结果的准确情况，确保物料和成品的供需平衡，保证库存； 5.负责重点加工厂的排产计划执行； 6.与其他计划密切沟通，有效并准确的了解各加工厂实际状况，共同解决生产异常，确保生产正常运行，并跟踪排产计划达成率； 7.负责对接市场销售单位，并跟踪销售出货达成率，pull in销售按计划提货； 8.持续优化从需求到交付的计划管理流程。
职位要求
1.本科学历，电子专业、统计学、数学背景优先； 2.生产计划与物料计划相关岗位5年以上工作经历，熟悉MRP逻辑； 3.熟悉常用的数字化系统，如ERP，WMS； 4.良好的沟通协调能力，扎实的技术功底，正直的价值观。
