Job Location: NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Summary
Set up or repair rigging for construction projects in a safe manner.
Primary responsibilities
- Align, level, and anchor machinery
- Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
- Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps.
- Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
- Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
- Climb ladders to measure and/or inspect the product.
- Work with Crane Operator through great communication to ensure safe movement and passage.

QualificationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to climb, lift, balance, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
- Push and Pull 30 lbs.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Be on Feet 8 to 12 hours shifts
- The ability to keep or regain your body balance or stay upright when in an unstable position.
- Work outside all day/night (6pm-6am)
