As a Project Manager within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will work with team leadership to establish collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. This is an opportunity to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading project management workstreams to optimize project portfolios and drive strategic business outcomes
• Coordinating and overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery
• Managing stakeholder engagement and communication to align project goals with business objectives
• Developing and implementing project governance frameworks to maintain quality and timelines
• Conducting risk identification and management to mitigate potential project challenges
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Analyzing project data to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate project management practices across the organization

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
