Job summary:
Prepare, cook, and serve food with the highest quality and sanitation.
Shift requirements:
Weekdays: 3p.m. – 11p.m.
Weekends: 4p.m.- 12a.m.
Responsibilities
- Contribute positively to the team within the department
- Prepare for any and all guest requests
- Participate in on-going training
- Attend required meetings
- Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized
- Report unsafe work conditions to your supervisor immediately
- Maintain kitchen equipment in proper working condition
- Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
- Comply with Valencia Hotel Group (and it affiliates) standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Valencia Hotel Group (and its affiliates) standards as required by scheduling which will vary dependent upon operation needs
- Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications
- Hotel Operations or Customer Service experience preferred
- Communicates effectively with others
- Works productively with a team
- Effective multitasking skills
- Composure and patience under pressure
