Job Description

工作內容 Responsibilities

1. 專案與樣品管理

  • 負責樣品出貨安排、進度追蹤與交期控管
  • 協助跨部門(RD / Sales / 廠區)溝通樣品需求與狀態
  • 維護樣品出貨紀錄與對應文件

2. 產品與料件管理

  • 協助 EOL(End-of-Life)料件與替代料件相關文件整理與追蹤
  • 協助並彙整必要文件(如:規格比較表、Datasheet、樣品資訊)
  • 支援新料導入(NPI)所需文件準備與追蹤

3. 系統與文件流程管理(PLM)

  • 使用 PLM 系統進行:開發文件管理與版本控管、料件承認流程追蹤、PCN(Product Change Notice)/ ECOM 開立與追蹤
  • 確保文件完整性與流程時效

4. 費用與行政支援

  • 處理 ePR / eClaim 報帳與費用請款流程
  • 協助專案相關費用整理與核銷
  • 支援日常行政與專案運作需求

5. SAP 系統與成本管理

  • 操作 SAP 系統進行:廠區費用領用與退費處理、成本資料整理與追蹤
  • 協助 PM 進行基礎成本控管

需求條件 Requirements

  • 具備基本專案管理或行政協調能力
  • 細心、有條理,能同時處理多項任務
  • 熟悉 Excel / 文件整理能力佳
  • 有 PLM / SAP 操作經驗尤佳
  • 具備良好溝通能力,能跨部門協作

加分條件 Nice to Have

  • 有電子產品 / 製造業 / IoT / Robotics 相關背景
  • 曾接觸 BOM / 料件管理 / NPI 流程
  • 英文文件閱讀能力(可處理 Datasheet)
