2.存款或數位存款行銷活動推展與專案執行。
3.利率訂價與跨產品/客群/不同公司提案與合作
4.提出系統或服務優化建議及平台測試，以提升客戶體驗。
5.蒐集並掌握市場資訊，以調整商品策略及目標。
6.客戶抱怨處理與行政事務/報表產出
