The Plumbing Services Manager leads the delivery of Modern Niagara's plumbing service operations, including maintenance, time and material, and service projects. This role provides leadership to service teams while partnering with clients, account managers, and regional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations. Success in this role is measured through strong financial performance, exceptional client relationships, operational excellence, and the development of a high-performing service team.
