What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and water distribution systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective long-term solutions.
• Provide customers with clear explanations and repair recommendations.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies, plumbing codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.
• Journeyman license preferred, not required immediately
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused communication and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, outdoors, and varying jobsite conditions.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
