Location: La Habra, CA
Schedule: Full-Time (with On-Call Rotation)
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time

NexGen (A Rooter Hero Company) is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in La Habra, CA. If you're a skilled service plumber who enjoys diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll perform residential and commercial plumbing service work, educate customers on repair options, and help maintain NexGen's reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service repairs on residential and commercial systems
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas piping systems
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair and replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and professional manner
• Participate in weekend and on-call service rotations
• Collaborate with team members to support company goals and customer satisfaction
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience
• Must live within 30 miles of La Habra, CA
• Must possess own hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• No more than 2 driving tickets on record
• No DUI convictions
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotations
