NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is Hiring a Plumbing Service Technician!

Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Full-Time (with On-Call Rotation)
Pay Rate: $75,000 – $150,000/year
Employment Type: Full-Time

NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service to customers.

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and helping customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of service plumbing experience
• Must live within 30 miles of the shop
• Must have own hand tools
• Driving record with no more than 2 driving tickets
• Must not have a DUI on record
