Lead the plumbing service team as a supervisor, providing technical support, coaching technicians, and helping grow plumbing service operations.

What You'll Do as a Plumbing Service Supervisor:

  • Support technicians in the field by troubleshooting issues over the phone or on-site (travel within ~45 minutes of Manheim).
  • Help train, coach, & develop the service team to improve performance and consistency.
  • Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on technician skill level and job needs.
  • Prepare technicians for upcoming jobs by reviewing the scope, challenges, and expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between the service manager and field technicians.
  • Step into the field as needed to assist with service calls and keep jobs moving.
  • Contribute to process improvements, technical training, and strong customer relationships.

Our Ideal Plumbing Service Supervisor:

  • Experienced: 5+ years of plumbing experience; ServiceTitan experience a plus (training provided); basic computer skills required.
  • Leader: Leads by example, supports technicians, and builds strong relationships with the team and customers.
  • Professional: Communicates well, represents the company positively, and handles situations with integrity.
  • Driven: Takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and follows through on responsibilities.
  • Humble & Team-oriented: Works well with others, stays teachable, and contributes to a strong team environment.
  • Equipped: Has basic hand tools and can lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.

What We Offer Our Plumbing Service Supervisor:

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, with on-call rotation as needed
  • $32-$38/hour, depending on experience
