What You’ll Be Doing

Installation:

• Measuring, cutting, and threading pipes according to specifications
• Installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures like toilets, sinks, showers, and faucets
• Connecting plumbing fixtures to the piping system
• Installing water heaters and garbage disposals
• Installing sewer lines and vents

Maintenance and Repair:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and low water pressure
• Repairing broken pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components
• Cleaning drains and removing obstructions
• Performing preventative maintenance checks on plumbing systems

Other duties:

• Reading blueprints and construction plans to understand plumbing layouts
• Estimating materials and labor costs for projects
• Adhering to local building codes and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Communicating with clients and providing customer service
• Operating and maintaining plumbing tools and equipment
• Collect payment upon job completion
• Utilize AI technology to review and analyze sales calls, identifying opportunities to improve techniques and increase close rates

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Technical skills: Knowledge of plumbing materials, pipe sizing, installation techniques, soldering, brazing, and pipe threading
• Problem-solving abilities: Diagnosing plumbing issues and finding effective solutions
• Physical strength and dexterity: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and perform manual tasks
• Attention to detail: Ensuring proper installation and leak-free connections
• Customer service skills: Communicating clearly with clients and addressing their concerns
