Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for a commercial construction opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for leading field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and manage plumbing crews
• Lay out daily work for journeymen and field staff
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to maintain project schedules
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License and verifiable work history
