Job Description

🌊 Who We Are

At Seaside Plumbing, we’re not just fixing plumbing—we’re restoring peace, uplifting lives, and raising the standard of what service in the trades looks like.

We believe:

• Service should feel human, not transactional
• Technicians should be respected, trained, and developed
• Leadership should be present, supportive, and accountable
• And a plumbing career can be something you’re proud of—not just something you do

We’ve built a company where people grow, customers trust us, and the bar is set high.

⚠️ Let’s Be Clear (Read This First)

This is not for everyone.

This is not just a senior technician role.

This is not avoiding hard conversations or stepping in only when things go wrong.

This is a high-performance leadership role where:

• Coaching matters
• Accountability matters
• Communication matters

You are the bridge between leadership and the field—and you set the tone.

If you’re not ready to lead, coach, and hold others accountable, this is not the place for you.

👉 We are where the best come to become elite—and you help lead them there.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Field Supervisor at Seaside, you will:

• Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
• Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
• Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
• Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
• Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
• Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth

💪 What Success Looks Like Here

• Technicians improve because of your coaching
• Communication between field and leadership is clear and consistent
• Problems are addressed early—not ignored
• Standards are upheld across the team
• Technicians feel supported, challenged, and developed
• You lead with consistency, accountability, and integrity

🧠 What Makes This Role Different

This is not just about being good at plumbing.

We invest heavily in:

• Leadership development
• Coaching and feedback systems
• Building strong, confident teams

You won’t just run calls here—

👉 You’ll multiply your impact by developing others.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

We believe great people deserve to be taken care of.

• Competitive pay (based on experience and performance)
• 100% paid health, dental, and vision (for you AND your family)
• $15,000 company-paid life insurance (with upgrade options)
• 401(k) with 4% match
• Profit sharing
• Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
• NO emergency on-call
• State-of-the-art tools and equipment
• Ongoing leadership and technical training

👉 Very few companies offer what we offer. We mean that.

🛻Other Perks

• Gym membership
• NO overnight / on-call
• NO Sundays

🧩 Who This Is For

This role is a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Enjoy helping others grow and succeed
• Are a strong communicator and team player
• Lead by example and hold a high standard
• Are reliable, consistent, and accountable
• Want to grow into a stronger leader

🚫 Who This Is NOT For

This is NOT a fit if you:

• Prefer working independently without leading others
• Avoid giving feedback or coaching
• Struggle with accountability or consistency
• Want a low-responsibility role
• Don’t take ownership of team performance

📍 Location

• This is an in-person position operating out of Bishopville, Maryland
• We serve homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.

🌅 Our Mission

Bring brightness today.

Unlock the potential of tomorrow.

💙 Our Values

These values aren't just words on a wall—they guide our decisions, shape our culture, and set the standard for how we work together.

• Ownership — Take initiative. Own the outcome. Leave it better than you found it.
• Empathy — Lead with humanity, care and understanding.
• Courage — Embrace discomfort. Do the hard things. Growth follows.
• Gratitude — There is always something to be grateful for. Find it. Share it.
• Authenticity — Be your weird self and respect that in others. You shine brighter that way.

🔥 Final Word

There are easier roles out there.

But if you’re looking for:

• Leadership
• Growth
• The opportunity to impact others
• And a role where you help build something bigger than yourself

👉 This might be it.
