Job Title: Self-Employed Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Working Hours

This is a full-time, self-employed position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may also be opportunities for overtime, depending on project requirements.

Key Duties

• Install and service heat pump systems for both residential and commercial clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
• Work alongside an apprentice, offering guidance and mentoring to support their growth and development.
• Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, as well as the company's customer service protocols.
• Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in plumbing and heating, with specific experience in renewable energy systems.
• Qualified with relevant plumbing and heating certifications.
• A full driving license.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and work alongside an apprentice.
• Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality results.
