Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate customers on plumbing products and services to enhance their experience.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell plumbing services effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing service and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• Proficient in diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused demeanor with a commitment to service excellence.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $299,000.00 per year
