Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include:

· Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install plumbing systems and fixtures in a hotel / casino environment.

· Respond to and repair leaks on plumbing systems in the hotel and casino.

· Perform new installations as required, which includes installing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, shower heads etc.

· Respond to drain back-ups on the property and take the necessary actions to clear them.

· Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.

· This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Members follow uniformed appearance standards while on duty.

· Must have experience in the use of drain cleaning equipment.

· Must have experience installing and repairing plumbing fixtures such as toilets, faucets, urinals, sinks, sensor activated flushing devices on urinals and toilets and on sink faucets.

· Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.

· Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

· Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to issues.

· Highly organized and detailed.
