As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help ensure our campus remains safe, comfortable, and fully functional for residents, staff, and visitors.

Complete daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely, accurate documentation
Perform general repairs, including replacing light bulbs, filters, and batteries; plumbing and minor electrical work; basic carpentry; and small mechanical fixes
Move furniture, appliances, and supplies as needed
Operate trucks, electric carts, and other equipment safely
Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotations
Conduct daily campus inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Test and document life safety systems as required by code
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Assist with pool and spa care
Help train staff members as needed
Support set-up and breakdown for campus events
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in plumbing
Experience in general building maintenance is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
