GENERAL OVERVIEW

Performs all aspects of plumbing installation and fire suppression systems and components, repairs and preventative maintenance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. 25%
  • Repairs plumbing systems. 25%
  • Responds to all emergency and normal calls as required. 25%
  • Installs pipe and plumbing devices according to building codes. 25%

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

  • Allegheny County Plumber's License required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a registered plumber working with commercial or institutional plumbing systems.
