
Position Title:
Plumber III (may underfill to level II)Under direction of a Facilities Program Manager, incumbent performs master-level plumbing duties required in new construction, maintenance repairs and remodeling in city-owned facilities. Must possess an “in-depth” understanding of all commercial and industrial plumbing systems, with a high level of knowledge and experience in domestic water, condensing water, chilled water, hot water boilers and low-pressure steam piping systems as well as sanitary sewer systems.
