About the Job:

The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and adjustment of all Southern New Hampshire Health’s plumbing systems and equipment, including domestic water systems, fire sprinkler systems, waste and drain systems, and medical gas systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, medical gas systems, and related equipment, including troubleshooting system failures.
  • Obtain and manage plumbing permits; oversee, inspect, and ensure code compliance for all plumbing work performed by contractors and in-house staff.
  • Support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects by coordinating with contractors and other trades, supervising work as needed, and completing assigned work orders promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety procedures, using proper tools and equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring work areas are clean and ready for use upon completion.

Who You Are:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Master Level New Hampshire Plumbers License
  • New Hampshire Gas Fitter License
  • NITC Medical Gas Installer / Brazer certification preferred.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • A minimum of three-five (3-5) years of journey level plumbing installation and service, preferably with an institution, required
