JA Ocean View Hotel is looking for a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our Engineering Team and help maintain the high standards our guests and colleagues depend on every day.

Role Highlights

· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, steam, and sanitary systems throughout the property

· Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests

· Conduct shower head cleaning programs and maintain accurate records

· Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement effective solutions

· Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with established schedules and procedures

· Inspect water tanks and ensure the quality and safety of stored water

· Monitor water outlets across the property and rectify leaks and plumbing issues

· Raise material requests and verify quality and specifications upon delivery

· Read, interpret, and work from plumbing schematics and technical drawings

· Support Plant Operators with daily operations and plant maintenance activities as assigned

· Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service excellence

Bring These Qualifications

Education

🔹 High School Certificate or equivalent

🔹 Vocational Diploma or Trade Certification

Qualifications

🔹 Plumbing or Mechanical Trade Certificate

🔹 Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, network design, plumbing products, and alternative solutions

🔹 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Experience

🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience within 5-star hotels, hospitals, facilities management companies, or MEP construction environments

Skills

🔹 Basic computer literacy

🔹 Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal

🔹 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Commitment to quality workmanship and preventive maintenance
