We're looking for a Licensed Plumber to join our Metering & Connections team. If you're looking to move away from traditional maintenance or construction plumbing and into a role offering autonomy, variety and long-term career opportunities, this could be the role for you.

About the role

Working across domestic properties, you'll be responsible for installing, replacing and investigating large water meters while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll work independently in the field while being supported by an experienced operations team that values collaboration, customer service and continuous improvement.

Your day could include:

  • Installing and replacing water meters
  • Meter investigations and fault finding
  • Customer meter testing
  • Installing and replacing data loggers
  • Diagnosing leaks and metering issues
  • Completing digital job reports and compliance documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service on every job
  • Working safely while maintaining our high standards of quality

No two days are the same. You'll enjoy a mix of planned maintenance, investigations and customer interactions while working across a variety of locations.

About you

You're a qualified plumber who enjoys working independently, solving problems and delivering quality outcomes for customers.

You'll bring:

  • Current QLD Plumbing Registration or Licence
  • Experience working in plumbing maintenance, water infrastructure, utilities or metering (highly regarded)
  • Current White Card
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to working safely every day

First Aid & CPR, Working With Children Check and Police Check are highly regarded or willingness to obtain.
