🚀Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of Teamcenter system for global clients - Ensuring continuity of PLM solutions for leading industrial companies from three geographic zones in a Follow the Sun model
Technical troubleshooting and optimization of PLM systems - Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents related to Teamcenter functionality and its integrations, including Active Workspace
Collaboration in an international 24x7 environment - but local working hours are 9-5 CET.
🚀What you need to join us:
Must have:
Experience in Teamcenter maintenance and support
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and solutions
Experience with Active Workspace and Teamcenter integration
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Nice to have:
Education in Software/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, IT or related disciplines
Experience in Dispatcher configuration
Knowledge of Teamcenter installation and configuration
Good teamwork, collaboration, and learning attitude
Eligibility to work legally in Poland
