We are looking for: PLM Teamcenter Operations Professional

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Collaborate with the onsite DI IT team as an extended PLM Teamcenter support team in India.
  • Monitor, analyse, and resolve Teamcenter performance issues to improve user experience and system stability.
  • Investigate Teamcenter logs, syslogs, core dumps, and NX-related logs to identify root causes.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support for performance-related issues across the Teamcenter environment.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot NX/CAD issues to ensure uninterrupted engineering processes.
  • Document RCA findings and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Review user issues across Teamcenter modules, including Workflow Viewer, Structure Manager, and Manufacturing Process Planner.
  • Support additional Teamcenter activities based on business priorities, capacity, and technical expertise.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Bringing 6+ years of experience supporting and administering PLM Teamcenter environments.
  • Demonstrating solid understanding of end-to-end Teamcenter architecture and related system components.
  • Reading, analysing, and interpreting Teamcenter, NX, and server log files to troubleshoot issues.
  • Using Siemens Journal Workbench, JNL files, and HAR files to investigate performance concerns.
  • Working with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools to manage and resolve support requests.
  • Understanding server-side customisation and the ability to read, write, and interpret custom code.
  • Applying knowledge of Teamcenter 13.3+, NX, Linux, Windows Server, and RCA methodologies.
  • Leveraging exposure to GIT, Jenkins, Splunk, PowerShell, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, ECAD/EDA, or basic ITK customisation.
