Education A Bachelor's level degree in Engineering (STEM field) or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and academics.
Minimum Experience
▪ At least 5 or more years of relevant industry experience
▪ Qualified candidates must have expert knowledge of at least 2 of these disciplines:
o Product development principles (Design, BOM, Specification, Testing)
o Enterprise Product Lifecyle Management Applications (DS 3DExperience, ARAS Innovator, or similar
o Mechanical engineering principles (Stress, strain, force, mass, etc.)
o Design and Manufacturing Applications (CAD, CAE, CAM or CAT)
▪ Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of at least 2 of these IT disciplines:
o Computer Operating systems, database and application administration
o Programming skills (compiled languages and scripting)
o Fundamentals of DevSecOps framework
o Agile Development and Waterfall methods
Other Job-Specific Skills:
▪ Ability to communicate clearly in writing or verbally and adapt style depending on
audience
▪ General knowledge across the development lifecycle.
▪ Proficiency at project & resource planning.
▪ Proficiency in resource and budget planning.
