Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and/or 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end PLM implementation, upgrade, migration, and digital transformation programs while managing global stakeholders, delivery teams, budgets, schedules, and project risks.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of PLM business processes and proven experience delivering complex PLM projects in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or high-tech domains.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end PLM programs from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to customers and leadership.
• Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and project review sessions.
• Manage expectations across business, IT, engineering, and supplier organizations.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.

PLM Delivery Management

• Manage implementation and rollout of Teamcenter and/or 3DEXPERIENCE solutions.
• Coordinate functional consultants, architects, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design reviews, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer and organizational delivery processes.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Monitor project profitability and delivery KPIs.
• Coordinate onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.
• Support staffing and resource planning activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Hands-on project delivery experience with one or more of:

• Siemens Teamcenter
• Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC)
• Teamcenter Upgrade & Migration Projects
• Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)
• ENOVIA
• CATIA Integration

Project Management

• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Clarity.
• RAID management and governance reporting.
• Vendor and stakeholder management.

Experience

• Teamcenter upgrade, migration, and cloud transformation projects.
• 3DEXPERIENCE implementation and rollout programs.
• SAP-PLM integration projects.
• CAD integrations involving NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
• Data migration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with European, Nordic, or North American customers.
