Hitachi Energy is scaling its HVDC business at unprecedented pace to enable the global energy transition. At the heart of this journey lies PLM — connecting engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and execution through a modern, scalable digital backbone.
We are now looking for a senior PLM leader to take end‑to‑end ownership as manager for PLM project managers and architects within HVDC. This is a high‑impact leadership role with real influence over strategy, ways of working, and long‑term capability — not an operational project role.
If you want to shape how PLM is done, rather than just execute within it, this role is for you.
About the Role
We are looking for a PLM Project & Architecture Manager who will lead our PLM Project Managers and PLM Architects, ensuring alignment between project delivery, architecture, and business transformation goals.
Line management for PLM Project Managers and PLM Architects
Build and develop a high-performing, global PLM team
Own and drive the PLM project and study portfolio together with the PLM Program Manager
Ensure consistent governance from pre-studies to implementation
Ensure alignment between PLM information architecture and solutions
Proven people manager with PLM or large-scale transformation experience
Strong experience with PLM solutions such as Teamcenter or similar
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
